Honey

Honey, delicious honey. We have many bee hives on our property. These hives are run by Paul. You can find Paul on Instagram.

Paul also has hives in a few suburbs in south east Melbourne. These are Paul’s 500g glass jars. The location of the hives they’re extracted from is printed on the jars. Paul uses cold extraction which retains the natural goodness, and will have a slightly different texture to more conventional stuff.

This honey is great in cooking and also tasty just on a slice of sourdough bread. Also great on pancakes too.
