We just wanted to thank everyone for your support over the past 12 months. It’s been a really interesting year, and with your support for local, organic producers, it’s been a whole lot better than it otherwise would have been!
It’s taken a global pandemic for people to realise how much love and support can be shown in our community. And we think that’s a really positive outcome from such a difficult period in our lives. Hopefully that sense of community continues.
For those who have chosen to receive Community Boxes, we’ve been able to donate $5,000 to the Mornington Community Information and Support Centre in 2020! This food goes to the vulnerable in our community, and the volunteers are always extremely appreciative of the donations.
A massive thank you and shoutout to everyone who has left us and the Heritage Farm team heartwarming cards, given us some of their own delicious produce (we received a jar of honey from one of our amazing families, which was truly wonderful – you know who you are!).
Our vegetable boxes will be stopping for a couple of weeks to give us a break while many of you are having your own holidays. We’ll start again in the week beginning 10 January. In the meantime, we’ll be running farm tours on most days.
Onwards and upwards for next year! Until then, Merry Christmas, Happy New Year
